Hillary's Pic

How old is that picture of her?

She didn't look anywhere that good ahead of New Hampshire.

Congrats to her on the win!

Republican strategist acknowledges BR's skillz

First, MOTO, glad to know you're still alive. I was wondering what happened here. I hope you had a nice holiday season.

Second, on Meet the Press this morning, Republican strategist Mike Murphy who has worked with Mitt Romney and John McCain said something that everyone in Washington seems to know but voters don't care about: Bill Richardson is the best negotiator this country has to offer. Russert showed a clip of Romney and McCain sparring at the debate and here was the exchange that followed:

MR. RUSSERT: Now, you know Mitt Romney, you know John McCain.

MR. MURPHY: Yeah, you can feel the love. I’m sitting there watching it with, like, all these conflicting feelings. One, I’ve seen them both at their best. I like them both; I hate to see them fight. On the other hand, I’m thinking wow, that’d be a pretty good ticket. And then I’m thinking oh, yeah, like, you know, you’d need Bill Richardson to work that deal out.

Richardson, as usual, stayed positive during the Democratic debate, practically guaranteeing himself as the vice presidential candidate for whoever the nominee will be. If he is still in the race February 5, I'll cast my vote for him. If he drops out, I'll start trying to secure tickets for the Wash U debate.
