I am most excited to see how Republicans will divide up the "$600 Million Surplus". 

I recommend fully funding the foundation formula and lowering my health insurance costs.

We can toss out chump change to combat smoking. Is raising cigarette taxes just a little, too much to ask for the 71,000 children who have lost healthcare coverage since 2005?
