I've been getting a lot of heat in the inbox.

Apparently there is a subset of politicos who believe Koster may have made strong enough relations in the black community - and held on to enough of KC - to send Harris on his way, if you consider Koster's strong labor support too.

Koster bled staff a few months ago, so I don't see him being able to mount a large GOTV effort. Instead I guess he is relying on paid operations with people he doesn't really have a close relationship with. Has anyone seen Jeff Smith on the ground doing anything? He and Koster seem close, and Smith claims to have GOTV know-how.

Signs don't vote. Field wins elections. Surely Koster hasn't made a grave mistake?
